Reflections Package

ESN Reflections

During this course, you will be asked a series of questions to help you reflect on your learning. Please download the ESN Reflections Workbook below and fill out the questions when prompted to keep a record of your reflections.  The purpose of this package is to help develop your skills in self-regulated learning, which has been shown to improve achievement (Schunk & Zimmerman, 1998). The answers to these questions will also help tailor the content of our face-to-face interactions with you during Regional Orientation.

True North Goals

Did you know that Vancouver Coastal Health has a guiding mission, vision, and values? They can be found here.

These are all captured in our True North Now goals, which provide insight as to what is important within the organization. While we all work in a variety of areas throughout the region, we aim to put “people first” with our patients, clients, residents, and employees.
